Colin Meerveld is the founder of @HOC. He started @HOC in 2002 as a small web design company. With a background in media technology he likes to do projects other than regular websites. However if it’s a regular website or a web application for a special kind of device, he always keeps web standards, device independency and web accessibility in mind.
